I cannot afford the rent

This is what we need from you:

  • Please register first.
    • To do so, click on the "Login" field and select "Register new".
    • Please enter your data and complete the registration.
  •   After registering, please upload the following information in "My Area" under "Documents" and let us know exactly what it is.
    • Current bill / utility bill (rent payment / rent arrears or utility bill)
    • Proof of income / AMS notice / receipt of sickness benefit / social support notice
    • Bank statements for the last 2 months
  •     We need a current overview of your household expenses. This means that we will ask you what your income and expenses are.

This is how we will help you:
Then we will draw up what is called a household bill in your file. This is our guideline, so to speak. According to this, we decide whether and how we can support you.

Then we contact your landlord or landlady to find out how much you are actually in arrears. We will then determine how much we can support you with. If the arrears are very high, we will alternatively try to contact other social institutions to collect money. Furthermore, we will also provide you with information on where you can turn to in order to receive financial support.
