I have problems with costs of electricity

Are you unable to pay your current instalment? Are you having problems paying the annual statement? Find out what you can do here so we can help you.

This is what we need from you:

  •     Please register first.
    •   To do so, click on the "Login" field and select "Register new".
    •  Please enter your data and complete the registration.
  •     Under "My Area", upload the following information in the "Documents" section and let us know exactly what it is.
    •  Current electricity bill (partial amount or annual statement)
    • Proof of income / AMS notice / receipt of sickness benefit / social support notice
    • Bank statements for the last 2 months
    • In order to be able to help you, we need a current overview of your household expenses.

This is how we can help you:

We will then draw up what is called a household bill in your file. This is our guideline, so to speak. According to this, we decide whether and how we can support you.

Then we contact your electricity provider, such as Salzburg AG, to find out how high the arrears actually are. After that, we determine the amount we can support you with.
